Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to software, software licenses, automotive diagnostic software tools, ECU-related software products, files, and other digital products and services supplied by ECUSAFEZONE LLC through ecusafezone.net.

1. Digital Products

Our products are primarily digital products that may be downloaded, licensed, activated, accessed, or otherwise delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable after the product has been downloaded, activated, accessed, or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law, required under the applicable payment provider’s policies, or appropriate because a product is materially defective or materially different from its description.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem with a product, please contact us and provide your order information and a clear description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve legitimate technical problems.

If a product has a material technical defect that prevents it from functioning substantially as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, the purchase may qualify for a full or partial refund, subject to applicable law and payment provider policies.

3. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, supported systems, vehicle or ECU requirements where applicable, and other technical requirements before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your requirements, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.

Requests made before a product has been downloaded, activated, accessed, or delivered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once a digital product has been delivered or used, refund eligibility may be limited except where required by law or applicable payment provider rules.

5. Paddle Transactions

For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record.

Refunds and other payment-related matters for those transactions may be processed in accordance with Paddle’s applicable buyer terms, refund policies, and mandatory consumer protection requirements.

Customers may use the support information contained in their Paddle purchase documentation to request assistance with a Paddle-processed transaction.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that the payment can be investigated.

Verified duplicate charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s procedures.

7. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law and payment provider policies, to refuse refund requests involving fraud, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, refund abuse, or other abusive conduct.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

This does not restrict any legal rights you may have to raise a payment dispute.
