2. Digital Products and Services
Products sold through our website are primarily digital products and services. Depending on the product, delivery may take place through electronic download, account access, license activation, email delivery, or another electronic delivery method described on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility information, system requirements, supported vehicles or systems where applicable, and other requirements before purchasing.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment authorization.
Prices displayed on our website may be shown in USD or another supported currency. Applicable taxes may be added or calculated during checkout depending on the customer’s location and the payment provider processing the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, prohibited use, or violations of these Terms.
4. Paddle Transactions
Where a transaction is processed through Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for that transaction.
This means Paddle processes the payment and may handle applicable sales taxes, payment-related customer communications, refunds, and other transaction-related responsibilities according to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and policies.
Customers purchasing through Paddle may see Paddle or an associated Paddle descriptor on their payment statement or purchase documentation.
5. Software Licenses
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page, software and digital products are licensed to the customer rather than sold as ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for its intended lawful purpose and subject to any additional license terms provided with the product.
Customers may not unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent licensing controls, or commercially exploit our software or digital content without authorization.
6. Professional and Lawful Use
Automotive diagnostic and ECU-related products must be used lawfully and responsibly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with applicable laws, regulations, vehicle requirements, intellectual property rights, environmental requirements, and manufacturer or third-party rights applicable in their jurisdiction.
Products intended for professional automotive use should only be used by persons with appropriate knowledge and experience.
7. Product Compatibility
Automotive software compatibility may depend on factors including vehicle model, year, ECU type, hardware version, software version, operating system, interface, and other technical specifications.
Customers should review the relevant product information before purchase and contact us if clarification is required.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and, where Paddle processes the transaction, Paddle’s applicable buyer and refund policies.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, original software, text, graphics, documentation, and other original content provided by ECUSAFEZONE are owned by or licensed to ECUSAFEZONE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the customer.

12. Availability and Updates
We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue products or website features where reasonably necessary.
Software updates and continued access to updates are subject to the terms associated with the applicable product or license.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided according to their published descriptions and without warranties beyond those expressly provided or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
